The vinyl film specifications are as follows: Finish - Super True Gloss; Material - Vinyl, Hybrid Composite (Cast/Calendar); Face Thickness - 3.7 - 4.1 mil; Adhesive Thickness - 1.6 mil; Film Type - High-grade polymeric vinyl; Adhesive - Low-Tack Solvent Acrylic; Protective Liner - PET; Release Liner - PET.

The film is self-extinguishing in terms of flammability and has a durability of up to 5 years. It is removable with heat and can be stored for 3 years from the manufactured date within a temperature range of 68°F - 78°F (20°C - 26°C) and 50% relative humidity when kept indoors in the original packaging.

For post-installation, the recommended temperature range is 175°F - 185°F (79.5°C - 85°C). The ideal installation area temperature is 70°F - 80°F (24°C - 26.5°C). The film is suitable for flat, simple, and moderate compound curves, as well as convex and concave surfaces. Directional installation is recommended, although non-directional installation can be tested.

An overlap width of 3-4mm is suggested, and the film has a dimensional stability with less than 2% shrinkage. It resists most mild acids, mild alkalis, and salt. The application method is dry application only.

Please note that the color representation may vary depending on the screen settings. It is essential to check the color swatch or sample for the true product color. Before use, inspect the vinyl for any defects. If defects are found, contact the supplier immediately and do not cut or use the film.

For partially cut vinyl storage, the top clear protective film must be removed to prevent tunneling. For unused roll storage, the vinyl must be tightly rolled with no gaps between the layers and taped up to avoid tunneling.

A free tool kit, size 4"x8", is not included with the purchase. Each account is limited to one set of tool kits, regardless of the quantity purchased.

The vinyl features a bubble-free air release channel and a self-adhesive peel-and-stick application. It can fit into most tight spots or corners, but primer 94 is required for non-sticky surfaces, curves, and corners. A heat gun or household blow dryer is necessary for shaping the film.

Please note that the material has no warranty for fading. Fluorescent neon colors tend to fade faster than normal colors. Fading can be reduced with over-lamination, preventing stretched areas (which fade even faster), and by sheltering the film from high UV exposure during the day.
